The Customer Success team is growing: Hiring the next Customer Success Manager

  • Snowfox.AI automates the coding and routing of non-purchase invoices using AI. The process of handling non-purchase invoices is one of the most time-consuming tasks in financial management and involves a significant amount of manual work. With our developed AI, the non-purchase invoice process can be largely automated, minimizing the need for manual labor.

  • We leverage the latest technologies, cloud architectures, and data science tools to build the world's most advanced AI accounting solutions. We are tackling a significant and genuine problem, one that has a considerable impact on our customers' competitiveness.

We are currently a team of four Customer Success professionals and we are looking for our next team member for a permanent position. 
 

Your responsibilities as a CSM:

  • Being the primary point of contact for the clients in your portfolio and ensuring their success with our service.
  • Advising clients in increasing the automation level of their purchase invoice processes.
  • Being involved in technical implementations to ensure strong relationships with the clients from the very beginning.
  • Offering new features and services to enhance customer value (upsell & expansion).
  • Collaborating across our various functions, including sales, marketing, service development, and product. 
  • Translating our customer needs and requests into scalable product features and abilities.

We expect from you:

  • You enjoy working with customers and are interested to understand their business needs.
  • You are a self-driven professional who carries out their responsibilities but also cares for the common good.
  • An understanding of SaaS business processes and the ability to independently develop them.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in Customer Success roles, B2B sales, or key account management.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • A passionate and curious approach to software and technology; data analysis skills is a plus.
  • An understanding of financial management is beneficial but not required. However, a natural interest in these areas will help you succeed faster in this role.
  • You can communicate fluently with both customers and internal stakeholders in English; proficiency in Finnish and/or Swedish is a plus.
  • Permanent residence in Finland.
